Miu Miu Spring Summer 2013 ad campaign simply has something fabulous and outstanding among others. Photographed by the world’s most sought-after photographers Inez & Vinoodh in New York, the campaign continues the Miu Miu’s tradition of an aesthetic advertising imagery, reflecting this season collection of a fresh contemporary femininity, rich with nuance and authenticity, as well packed with first class models and appealingly stylistic interiors crumbs

Presenting world-class supermodels like Doutzen Kroes, Adriana Lima, Arizona Muse, Malgosia Bela, Bette Franke, Tamara Weijenberg and Martha Hunt, the campaign is no doubt pure eroticism. Every shot provokes lust and temptation. Inspired by a 1964 Italian film ‘Red Desert’ directed by Michelangelo Antonioni, throughout each photoshoot, the campaign is formed of a series of “mise-en-scenes” in a mysterious domestic setting, where muted tones and painterly light of the theatrical setting highlight the vibrant vitality of the cast.

All elements of the campaign speak for themselves, the silk bed lining and chromatic colors of the clothes, not forgetting the seven psychological portraits amplify all aspects of femininity, “depicting a dreamy web of closeness and interpersonal relationships”, which give away the whole inspiration, as they crammed up against each other, whispered, all worried and distressed like they had a severe shoes and bags budget cut.

As for the clothing lines, number of stunning pieces including lady like attire with long leather gloves, label’s thick lux fur coats, crinkled white dresses, sexy pencil skirts, taffeta outfits, denim skirt, and slipper dresses, are all perfect for the season that already make us impatient about the collection.

Not to mention the label’s accessories including the eyewear collection shows how imagination and creativity don’t need limitations. Miu Miu proves once again, it doesn’t matter what part of the wardrobe it concerns, accessories never tempted to be simple and modest, instead, it’s always be an experimental and extraordinary pieces with colors and unusual shapes.
