The new proposal of Alice + Olivia Resort 2014 is about super girly and flirty silhouettes, and it has all its bases covered, evoking the preppy look of a school girl who is on her way to summer at posh English country estate. With color palette that is refreshingly patriotic such as rich reds, royal blues, soft beige, and white as the iconic color for most of resort collection, the line features classic-chic staples with interesting prints like Breton stripes, playful polka dots and Sanderson florals.
Here are showcased numbers of adorable pieces, including jacquard lantern-sleeve jackets, cropped pants, and high-waisted trousers, along with A-line shirtdresses with cheeky riffs, knife pleat cocktail skirts, bohemian lace maxi dress, lace crop tops, bustier, shift dresses, and skirts covered with embroidered red lips.
Throughout the selections, we can see cropped trousers, which are elegantly tailored, come to give just the hint of masculinity without aging you.
